What is a Circadian Alignment Index?

A 0 to 100 score summarizing how well a schedule respects circadian biology — quick turnarounds after nights, isolated night shifts, rotation direction, and recovery time. Higher is better; 90 and above is low fatigue risk.

Does AIER Schedule do true optimization?

Yes. A heuristic builds a strong starting schedule, then a constraint solver improves it within a bounded time window before results are scored.
